大鼠垂体前叶内分泌细胞溶酶体的电镜细胞化学研究

摘    要:
用溶酶体的标志酶──胞嘧啶单核苷酸酶(CMP)细胞化学反应显示溶酶体的超微结构,并比较了各种细胞溶酶体的特点以及在高泌和低分泌状态下溶酶体的变化。结果表明,在垂体前叶内分泌细胞中,溶酶体数量丰富,结构多样,以分泌自噬的方式参与了垂体前叶激素分泌的调节。

Abstract:
Cytidine monophosphatase cytochemical method was utilized to study the lysosomes in the endocrine cells of anterior pituitary of the rats,The results showed that the lysosomes in anterior pituitary cells were rich in number,various in size,shape and density.The crinophagic vacuoles and autophagosomes,in which the lysosomal enzymes degraded the hormone granules or hormone-producing organelles,existed in every type of anterior pituitary cells beside mammotropic cells.The crinophagic activity enhanced in hyposecreting cells and diminished in hypersecreting cells,These results indicated that lysosomes might function in physiological regulation of the anterior pituitary hormone secretion.
