| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清过敏原IgE增高对支气管哮喘患者发病的临床意义。方法选取急性发作期支气管哮喘患者58例作为Ⅰ组，慢性气管炎患者39例作为Ⅱ组，过敏性皮炎患者32例作为Ⅲ组，检测其过敏原特异性IgE。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组螨／狗毛等／霉＋艾草／牧草及其螨／狗毛等／霉＋桦木的重合阳性率有显著的统计学意义。与Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组3-10月份比较，11-2月均具有较低的IgE阳性率。结论在春～秋季节，支气管哮喘患者血清过敏原特异性IgE具有增高的趋势，提前进行季节性脱敏对预防这类疾病的复发具有非常重要的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the incidence of bronchial asthma and elevated serum IgE allergen clinical significance.Methods 58 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were treat as group Ⅰ,39 patients with chronic bronchitis as Group Ⅱ,32 patients with atopic dermatitis as Group Ⅲ,allergen-specific IgE of three groups were detected.Results Mites/dog hair and so/sp+wormwood/pasture and mites/dog hair and so/sp+birch coincidence positive rate between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ had significant difference(P < 0.05).Compared with 3～10 months of group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ,11-February had lower IgE-positive rate(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the Spring-Autumn festival,bronchial asthma,allergen-specific IgE in patients with increased trend,in the prevention of such diseases advance seasonal desensitization has a very important clinical significance. |
