| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中风回语丹治疗急性缺血性中风失语症的临床疗效。方法:采用简单随机对照试验方法,将60例急性缺血性中风失语患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,2组均采用常规治疗,治疗组加服中风回语丹。结果:治疗组的语言评测分值的提高较对照组为优(P<0.05);失语症总有效率治疗组86.67%,对照组73.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中风回语丹治疗急性缺血性中风失语症有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Zhongfeng Huiyu Dan(ZHD) for aphasia due to acute ischemic apoplexy (AIA). Methods:A simple randomized controlled trial was adopted.Sixty cases of aphasia due to AIA were allocated to treatment group (30 cases)and control group (30 cases).Both groups were treated by routine treatment and ZHD was given to treatment group in addition.Results:The scoring of speech ability in treatment group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05);the total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 73.33% in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:ZHD possesses a better curative effect for aphasia due to AIA. |
