实行整体化护理后医护人员及病人的反映

目的 适应护理改革需要，探讨整体化护理后医护人员及病人的反映情况。方法 以问卷和询问形式在实行整体化护理的五大病区对医护人员和病人的各种反映作一系统调查，并进行比较分析。结果 经X^2检验、秩和检验后医护人员的反映良好(P<0.05)；病人反映更好(P<0.01)。结论只要护理人员具有高度的责任感，及时、准确、全面地完成各项工作，就能达到护理工作的最高境界。

Reaction from Medical & Nursing Staff and Patients on Holistic Nursing

Objective In order to meet the needS of the reform and study the reaction on holistic nursing from the medical & nursing staff and the patients. Methods By question -answer papers and inquiry the systemetic investigation was made in five different medical wards with holistic nursing. Results The reaction from the medical& nursing staff was good(P<0.05); and the patients' reaction was even better(P<0.01) Conclusion As long as the nursing staff have a high sense of responsibility, and fulfill the duties required timely, precisely and wholy, the best nursing realm can be obtained.
