脂肪酸结合蛋白在心肌损伤中的临床观察

目的研究耐力训练前后心肌细胞损伤与心型脂肪酸结合蛋白（H-FABP）的关系,并观察左卡尼汀对运动心肌细胞的预防性保护作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测新兵在运动前后及服用左卡尼汀后H-FABP含量。结果未服药组和服药组间H-FABP含量差异显著（P〈0.05）,运动前、运动后即刻和运动后4小时各时间点间比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脂肪酸结合蛋白（FABP）可以作为心肌损伤的一种检测指标,左卡尼汀对运动心肌细胞有预防性保护作用。

Clinical observation of the role of FABP in the myocardial damage

Objective To investigate the relation between the concentration of heart-fatty acid-binding protein（H-FABP） and myocardial injury before and after endurance training,and to study the protective role of L-carnitine in myocardial cells.Methods The concentrations of H-FABP of recruits were measured before and after exercise,and after taking L-carnitine by ELISA.Results There was a significant difference of H-FABP concentration between untreated group and the treated group （P〈0.05）.The concentrations were significantly different among groups of pre-training,post-training and 4 hr after training（P〈0.05）.Conclusion FABP can be a test to detect myocardial damage,and L-carnitine prevents myocardial cells from damage.
