| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫输卵管超声造影(CUUSG)及X线子宫输卵管碘油造影(HSG)在输卵管通畅性诊断应用中的价值. 方法 将入选的40例不孕症患者随机分成两组,分别CUUSG及HSG检查,并将宫(腹)腔镜检查作为金标准,与其检查结果对照,比较两种方法对输卵管通畅性的诊断价值. 结果 CUUSG与HSG的灵敏度和特异度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 CUUSG对输卵管显像清晰、诊断准确、安全性高,可作为输卵管通畅性检查的一种有效方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast ultrasound uterosalpingography(CUUSG) and X-ray hysterosalpingography(HSG) in infertile patients.Methods A total of 40 infertile women were divided into two groups randomly(20 patients in each group).CUUSG or HSG were performed in the two groups,respectively.The laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were performed as a golden standard to compare the diagnostic value of the two evaluation methods.Results There were no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between CUUSG and HSG technology(P>0.05).Conclusion Due to the clear images of fallopian tube,amd high diagnostic accuracy and security,CUUSG is an effective diagnostic method for evaluating the fallopian tube patency in infertile women. |
