| 摘 要： | 目的：分析中医学相关论文的发表趋势,从而了解中医学及其各领域的发展过程和前景。方法：对1964～2008年Medline收录的中医学相关论文进行分析。分析的内容主要为中医学论文发表数量及比例的变化,中医学临床论文的发表情况,中医学的中医、中药和针灸3大领域论文的发表情况以及中医学论文所发表的期刊情况。结果：Medline在1964～2008年共收录了34 528篇中医学相关论文,其数量及所占Medline收录全部论文的比例均呈稳定增长趋势。中医学临床研究论文的比例也明显增加,这种增加在补充治疗和针灸领域更为明显。1973年以前针灸为中医学论文的绝对主题,目前已被中药取代。中医学论文在补充治疗期刊、核心期刊和非核心生物医学期刊都有发表,以非核心期刊为主。结论：自20世纪70年代以来中医学论文数量迅速增加,其中临床试验报告的比例也大幅上升,表明中医学得到越来越多的研究和关注。科研人员正努力通过现代科学研究来说明中医药的有效性和安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the publication activity in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and learn more about the development and perspective of TCM as well as its subfields.
