盐酸青藤碱对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜肥大细胞表达的影响

目的：观察盐酸青藤碱对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜肥大细胞表达的影响,探讨盐酸青藤碱治疗关节炎的作用机制。方法：选用Wistar大鼠45只,造模成功30只,治疗组灌服盐酸青藤碱,对照组灌服雷公藤多甙并设单纯造模组。42 d后观察大鼠关节滑膜肥大细胞表达和关节肿胀指数。结果：盐酸青藤碱、雷公藤多甙均能改善关节肿胀指数,盐酸青藤碱能减少佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜肥大细胞总数及脱颗粒率。结论：盐酸青藤碱改善关节肿胀指数的机制可能与减少佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜肥大细胞总数有关,其作用机制与雷公藤多甙不同。

The Influence on Joint Synovial Mast Cells' Expression of Sinomenine Hydrochloride in Adjuvant Arthritis Rats

Objective： To observes the influence of Sinomenine hydrochloride on adjuvant arthritis rats joint synovial mast cells＇expression and to discuss the mechanism of Sinomenine hydrochloride treating arthritis. Methods： In 45 Wistar rats, 30 Wistar rats were created to the adjuvant-induced arthritis model successfully; the treatment group was with intragastric admin- istration of Sinomenine hydrochloride; the control group was with intragastric administration of Tripterygium Wilfordii; and there was a simple made module. The expression of rat joints＂ synovial cell and joints＂ swelling index were observed after 42 days. Results： Both Tripterygium Wilfordii and Sinomenine hydrochloride can improve joint＇s swelling index. Sinomenine hydrochloride can reduce the mast cell and degranulation rate in adjuvant arthritis rats joint synovial. Conclusion： The mechanism of Sinomenine hydrochlofide improving joints swelling index may relate to reduction the total of adjuvant arthritis rats joint syn- ovial mast ceils, which is different from Tripterygium Wilfordii.
