摘 要: | 认知理论认为,人的认知与信念是引起心理问题的根源。认知治疗的焦点是了解歪曲的信念并应用一系列的技术和方法改变不良认知,从而消除不良情绪和行为。本文通过对1例青年学生心理问题的形成原因与发展过程的分析与探讨,说明了认知疗法相关技术的使用和咨询效果评估的有关问题。

Abstract: | Cognitive theory think,people's cognitive and faith are the root of psychological problem.The focus of cognitive therapy is to know about the distorted faith and change incorrect cognition through a series of techniques and methods in order to eliminate bad emotion and behavior.This paper analyses and discusses the formative reasons and developmental process of a teenager's psychological problem,meanwhile explains how to use the relative technique of cognitive therapy and relative problems of assessing the counseling effect. |
