复方苦豆子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响

目的:观察复方苦豆子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法:除空白对照组外,用喂饲高脂饲料法复制大鼠高脂模型,实验分空白对照组、高脂模型组、复方苦豆子颗粒组(低、中、高剂量组,分别喂饲生药7g.kg-1.d-1、15g.kg-1.d-1、22g.kg-1.d-1)、血脂康组(0.8g.kg-1.d-1),给药后每4wk抽1次血,连续3次,分别测定血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)含量变化。结果:高脂模型组血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C、HDL-C和MDA含量显著上升,同时动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)增加;给予复方苦豆子颗粒4wk后,各组血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C、MDA及AI水平均降低,且呈剂量依赖性。结论:复方苦豆子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠具有调血脂作用。

Effects of Compound KuDouZi Granules on Blood Lipid Metabolism in Hyperlipidemia Rats

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of the Compound KuDouZi Granules on blood lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats. METHODS: High lipid models of rats were induced by high fat diet. Five groups were divided, namely control group, high lipid group, the Compound KuDouZi Granule groups ( 7g· kg-1· d-1, 15g· kg-1· d-1 and 22 g· kg-1· d-1) , and XueZhiKang Capsule group ( 0. 8g· kg-1· d-1) . The contents of TC、 TG、 LDL-C、 HDL-C and MDA were examined for 3 times in the plasma after administering the Compound KuDouZi Granule for 12 weeks. RESULTS: The results show that TC、 TG、 LDL-C、 VLDL-C、 HDL-C and MDA contents and Atherosclerosis Index ( AI) were increased after 4 weeks of high fat diet. After administering the Compound KuDouZi Granule for 4 weeks, the Compound KuDouZi Granule may reduce TC、 TG、 LDL-C、 VLDL-C and MDA contents and AI , revealing the relationship of dose-dependence. CONCLUSION: The Compound KuDouZi Granule may regulate the level of blood lipids in hyperlipidemia rats.
