正交实验法优选复方北芪口服液的提取工艺

摘    要:目的优选复方北芪口服液的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的浸出率为评价指标。结果复方北芪口服液的最佳提工艺条件为煎煮两次,第1次加水10倍量,浸泡30min,煎煮2.0h;第2次加水10倍量,煎煮1.0h;醇沉浓度为60%。结论复方北芪口服液的提取工艺方法简单,质量可控。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the technology of Fufangbeiqi Oral Liquid. Methods An orthogonal design was applied. The extractive rate of astragaloside A determined by TLC was used as the marker of detection.Results The optimum technology of Fufangbeiqi oral liquid was that the medicinal materials was soaked for 30 min with ten folds amount of water and boiled two times, two hours for each time for the first time. For the second time the medicinal materials was ten folds amount of water, two hours each time. Conclusion The optimum technology of Fuangbeiqi oral liquid is simple, and the quality can be controlled.
