不同方法灭菌泌尿系内镜不耐热手术器械手术反应观察

目的观察泌尿系内镜不耐热手术器械灭菌方法的应用与效果。方法通过手术过程中和手术后病人反应,比较观察对戊二醛浸泡灭菌法和过氧化氢等离子体灭菌法。结果经皮肾镜取石术中不耐热器械用常温过氧化氢等离子体灭菌法,灭菌时间为55min,手术过程中病人全身和局部无不良反应。用20g/L戊二醛灭菌法,灭菌时间平均为4.1h,手术过程中有8.33%的病人出现流泪、眼刺痛、呼吸道等刺激症状;有10.41%的病人术后出现全身炎性反应综合征。结论经皮肾镜取石术不耐热手术器械灭菌应选择过氧化氢等离子体灭菌法。

OBSERVATION ON OPERATIONAL REACTION OF DIFFERENT STERILIZATION METHOD TO HEAT INTOLERANT SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS OF URINARY ENDOSCOPIC OPERATION

Objective Observe the application and effect of different sterilization method to heat intolerant surgery instrument of urinary endoscopic operation.Methods Through observing the reaction of the patient during and after the process of the operation,compared the sterilizing effects between glutaraldehyde soaking sterilization and hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization.Results Sterilization time by hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer to heat intolerant devices is 55min.The patients showed no local and systemic adverse effects.Sterilization time is 4.1 h by 20 g/L glutaraldehyde.8.33% of the patients had tears,eye irritation,respiratory stimulating symptoms during the operation process,10.41% have the postoperative systemic inflammatory response syndrome after the operation.Conclusions The hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization should be choosed for sterilizing the heat intolerant surgical instrument used in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
