姜黄素对2型糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用探究

摘    要:目的研究分析姜黄素对2型糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法 2016年6月—12月期间,选取实验室雄性大鼠40只进行研究,随机分为模型组和对照组,其中10只为对照组,用基础饲料喂养一周,30只为模型组,在予以基础饲料的同时予以高脂高糖饲料,模型成功大鼠分为模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组,对不同组大鼠肾脏病理学变化、尿素氮、血清肌酐以及血糖变化情况进行比较分析。结果对照组大鼠给药14天、21天、28天、31天的体质量与模型组存在较大差异,有统计学意义(P0.05);低剂量组大鼠和高剂量组大鼠给药28天、31天的体质量与模型组存在较大差异,有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组大鼠血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮水平与模型组差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05);高剂量组大鼠血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮水平与模型组差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05);低剂量组大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮水平与模型组差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05);模型组大鼠肾脏病变明显,低剂量组、高剂量组肾脏病变程度比模型组轻。结论姜黄素具有保护2型糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of curcumin on the kidney of type 2 diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods During the period from June 2016 to December 2016, the laboratory 40 male rates were selected and randomly divided into model group and control group, 10 of them as control group with basic diet for a week, only with 30 rats in the model group.The model group was given high fat and sugar on the basis of the basic diet at the same time.The successful model rats in the model group were divided into model group, low dose group and high dose group.The renal pathological changes, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and blood glucose changes in different groups of rats were compared.Results The rats in the control group were administered for 14 days, 21 days, 28 days and 31 days, there was a big difference between the model group on weight, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the low dose group, high dose group and the model group on weight after administration for 28 days and 31 days, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).The control group rats and the model group had difference on blood glucose, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels, and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The high dose group and the model group had significant difference on blood glucose, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen level, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).The low dose group and the model group had significant difference on serum creatinine urea nitrogen level, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Renal lesions in rats of model group, low dose group and high dose group renal lesions were less than those of the model group.Conclusion The curcumin can protect the kidney of type 2 diabetic nephropathy rats.
