| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎旁神经阻滞联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在大连立光康复医院就诊的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,对照组40例采取腰椎旁神经阻滞治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用中医推拿治疗,比较两组患者的VAS评分、JOA量表评分,结果试验组各项指标均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论采用腰椎旁神经阻滞联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以明显提高患者的临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of paravertebral nerve block combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in Dalian Liguang rehabilitation hospital, 80 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into two groups.The control group of 40 cases was given paravertebral nerve block treatment.The treatment group of 40 cases applied traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy on the basis of the control group.The VAS score and JOA rating scale of the two groups were compared.Results The indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The paravertebral nerve block combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can improve the clinical curative effect. |
