中风后顽固性呃逆经平肝固肾降逆法治疗的临床观察

目的探究中风后顽固性呃逆患者采用平肝固肾降逆法治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的80例中风后呃逆的患者,采用随机数字表法均分为研究组与对照组,研究组患者采用平肝固肾降逆法治疗,对照组给予常规方法治疗。观察两组患者治疗2个疗程后的临床效果。结果研究组患者治愈21例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%;对照组患者治愈10例,有效15例,无效15例,总有效率为62.5%。两组对比,研究组更优,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对中风后呃逆患者采用平肝固肾降逆法治疗,有效性较好,值得临床工作中借鉴采用。

Clinical Observation on Suppressing Hyperactive Liver for Reinforcing the Kidney and Descending Adverse Qi Therapy in the Treatment of Intractable Hiccup after Stroke

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of suppressing hyperactive liver for reinforcing the kidney and descending adverse qi therapy in the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke .Methods 80 cases of post-stroke hiccup patients in our hospital from 2013 January to December 2015 were selected , and they were divided into study group and control group by using random number table method . The study group was treated with suppressing hyperactive liver for reinforcing the kidney and descending adverse qi therapy .The control group was given conventional therapy .The clinical effect of two groups after 2 courses of treatment was observed .Results In the study group, 21 cases were cured , 17 cases were effective , 2 cases were ineffective , and the total effective rate was 95%.In the control group , 10 cases were cured , 10 cases were effective , 15 cases were ineffective , and the total effective rate was 62.5%.The two groups were compared, the study group was better, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The suppressing hyperactive liver for reinforcing the kidney and descending adverse qi therapy in the treatment of intractable hiccup after stroke has better curative effect , and is worthy of reference in clinical work .
