凉血清热调脉饮治疗气阴两虚兼瘀郁化热型快速型心律失常32例

目的探讨对气阴两虚合并瘀郁化热型心律失常患者行以凉血清热调脉饮治疗的临床效果。方法将2014年11月—2015年11月我院收治的64例气阴两虚合并瘀郁化热型心律失常患者作为研究对象,根据抛硬币法进行分组,正面为对照组,反面为实验组,各32例。对照组患者行以倍他乐克治疗,实验组患者则服用凉血清热调脉饮治疗,观察并比较两组患者行以治疗后的临床效果以及中医症候评分的变化情况。结果实验组治疗后的临床有效率为93.75%(30例),显著优于对照组的62.50%(20例),两组比较P0.05,有统计学上的意义。实验组患者治疗后的中医症候各评分均明显低于对照组,均P0.05,有统计学上的意义。结论对气阴两虚合并瘀郁化热型心律失常患者行以凉血清热调脉饮治疗,能够有效改善患者的心律失常情况,效果优于倍他乐克。

Self-made Liangxue Qingre Tiaomai Drink in the Treatment of Qi and Yin Deficiency and Blood Stagnation of Heat Type Rapid Arrhythmia for 32 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liangxue Qingre Tiaomai drink in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency and blood stagnation of heat type rapid arrhythmia.Methods 64 cases of patients with qi and yin deficiency and blood stagnation of heat type rapid arrhythmia from November 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, based on a coin toss group, the positive side was control group, and the negative side was the experimental group, with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betaloc treatment.The experimental group patients took Liangxue Qingre Tiaomai drink.The clinical effect after treatment and the changes of TCM syndrome score situation of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75% (20 cases) which was significantly better than62.50% of the control group (30 cases) P<0.05, and there was statistical significance.TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group P<0.05, and there was statistical significance.Conclusion Liangxue Qingre Tiaomai drink in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency and blood stagnation of heat type rapid arrhythmia can effectively improve arrhythmia, and the therapeutic effect was better than Betaloc treatment.
