益智逐瘀颗粒治疗血管性痴呆48例

目的观察益智逐瘀颗粒治疗痰血瘀阻型血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将96例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组,对照组48例给予西药单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗,治疗组48例在西药单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗的基础上加服益智逐瘀颗粒,10d为一个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为64.58%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论益智逐瘀颗粒治疗痰血瘀阻型血管性痴呆疗效显著。

Yizhi Zhuyu Granule in the Treatment of Vascular Dementia for 48 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yizhi Zhuyu granule in treating phlegm and blood stasis resistance type vaseular dementia.Methods 96 cases of patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 48 patients was treated with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium.The treatment group of 48 patients was treated with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium and Yizhi Zhuyu granule.The treatment period was 10 days.Both groups were treated for consecutive two courses of treatment.The curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.67％ and 64.58％,respectively,and there were significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yizhi Zhuyu granule in treating phlegm and blood stasis resistance type vaseular dementia has significant effect.
