苦柏颗粒冷湿敷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

目的研究苦柏颗粒冷湿敷疗法治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法共入组60例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者,其中30例(试验组)苦柏颗粒冷湿敷联合左西替利嗪治疗,30例(对照组)3%硼酸液冷湿敷联合左西替利嗪治疗。治疗3周后随访观察患者面部症状和体征,并进行评分,计算有效率。结果完成治疗患者共60例。试验组与对照组治疗前总评分值差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后总评分值均比治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后总评分值试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗3周后,试验组和对照组的有效率分别为80.00%(24/30)和16.67%(5/30),两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.08,P0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论苦柏颗粒冷湿敷疗法治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切,安全性高。

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Kubo Granule Cold Moist Compress in the Treatment of Facial Corticosteroid Dependent Dermatitis

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of kubo granule cold moist compress in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods Sixty patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis were enrolled in this study, and were assigned into the test group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The test group was treated with Kubo granule cold moist compress and levocetirizine treatment, and the control group was treated with 3% boric acid cold moist compress and levocetirizine treatment.The facial symptoms and signs of patients were observed and scored at week 3 after starting treatment.The response rate in these patients was calculated.Results Sixty patients completed the treatment finally.The overall score differences between the test group and the control group before treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05).After treatment, the overall rating scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The overall rating scores of the test group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3 weeks after treatment, the effective rate of the test group and the control group was 80.00% (24/30) and 16.67% (5/30), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (X2=24.08, P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in either of the two groups during the study period.Conclusion The Kubo granule cold moist compress in treatment of facial corticosteroid depenndent dermatitis has definitely curative effect and high safety.
