针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效观察

目的评价针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床有效性和安全性。方法观察A、B两组各方面无明显差异的周围性面瘫患者的针灸治疗效果,以患者主观是否接受针灸治疗为依据进行分组,每组60例,A组采取针灸治疗,B组采取药物治疗。结果 A组治愈45例(75.0%),显效9例(15.0%),好转6例(10.0%),无效0例,有效率100.0%;B组治愈33例(55.0%),显效10例(16.7%),好转9例(15.0%),无效8例(13.3%),有效率86.7%。对两组疗效进行统计学处理,显示有明显差异(P=0.23270.05)。结论针灸治疗周围性面瘫疗效显著,不良作用小,值得临床推广。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis . Methods Two groups of patients with no obvious differences in the peripheral facial paralysis were observed .The patients were divided into groups according to whether the patient was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion , and each group had 60 cases.A group took acupuncture treatment.B group took drug treatment.Result In A group, 45 cases were cured (75.0%), 9 (15.0%) cases were effective, 6 cases improved (10.0%), 0 cases were invalid, and the therapeutic effect was 100.0%.In B group, 33 cases were cured (55.0%), 10 (16.7%) cases were cured, 9 cases improved (15.0%), 8 cases were invalid (13.3%), and the therapeutic effect was 86.7%.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed , and showed a significant difference ( P=0.2327<0.05 ) .Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has significantly curative effect , and it is worthy of clinical promotion .
