| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医护理对慢性心功能不全患者疗效的影响。方法选择68例慢性心功能不全患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各34例,两组均给予综合治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医护理。结果护理干预后对照组总有效率为70.6%,观察组总有效率为94.1%,两组总有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论对慢性心功能不全患者进行中医护理可有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,护理效果显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency .Methods Choosing 68 cases of patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency , they were randomly divided into control group of 34 cases and observation group of 34 cases.Two groups were given comprehensive treatment , the control group was also given routine nursing care , and the observation group was also given traditional Chinese medicine nursing .Results After nursing intervention , the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 70.6% and 94.1%, respectively , and the total effective rate of observation group was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing care in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency can effectively improve the patient ’ s clinical signs and symptoms , and nursing effect is remarkable . |
