养血固表法联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹34例

目的探讨养血固表法联合抗组胺药治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法选取在我院治疗的68例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者作为本次研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用抗组胺药治疗,观察组则采用养血固表法联合抗组胺药治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为73.5%和94.1%,不良反应发生率分别为5.9%和11.8%,复发率分别为20.6%和2.9%,两组治疗有效率和复发率组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),不良反应发生率组间比较则无显著差异(P0.05)。结论慢性特发性荨麻疹采用养血固表法联合抗组胺药物治疗,效果显著,用药安全性较高,可在临床中推广应用。

Nourishing Blood for Consolidation of Superficies Method Combined with Antihistamines in the Treatment of Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria 34 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nourishing blood for consolidation of superficies method combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods 68 cases of chronic idiopathic urticaria patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group used antihistamine treatment.The observation group was treated by nourishing blood for consolidation of superficies method combined with antihistamines.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 73.5％ and 94.1％,respectively,the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group and the control group was 5.9％ and 11.8％,respectively,the recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group was 20.6％ and 2.9％,respectively,and there was statistical significance between the two groups (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups showed no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion The nourishing blood for consolidation of superficies method combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria has significantly curative effect and high safety,and can be applied in clinic.
