小蓟白茅根藕节治疗慢性肾小球肾炎血尿蛋白尿临床疗效

目的针对患有慢性肾小球肾炎患者行以中药(包括小蓟、白茅根以及藕节等)进行治疗,观察其对于血尿、蛋白尿治疗效果,并做总结分析。方法随机在2014年3月—2016年6月期间接诊的患有慢性肾小球肾炎的患者当中择取86例,将其按照随机的方式分成实验组和参照组,参照组行以常规西药治疗,实验组在此基础之上加以中药治疗,对照分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,实验组的整体治疗效果明显好于参照组,P0.05;尿蛋白和血尿指标的变化情况,实验组也显著好于参照组,P0.05。结论对于临床当中患有慢性肾小球肾炎的患者行以中西医结合的治疗方式,能够获得非常理想的治疗效果,值得进行推广。

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Field Thistle Herb and Cogon Grass Rhizome as well as Lotus Rhizome Node in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Hematuria and Proteinuria

Objective For patients with chronic glomerulonephritis , Chinese medicine ( including field thistle , cogongrass rhizome and lotus root, etc.) was used, to observe the therapeutic effect of hematuria and proteinuria , and to make summary.Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected from March 2014 to June 2016, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .The control group was treated with routine Western medicine treatment .The experimental group was given Chinese medicine on this basis of the control group .The final effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared .Results After treatment , the overall therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group P<0.05.In addition, on the change of proteinuria and hematuria, the experimental group was also significantly better than that of the control group , P<0.05.Conclusions The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can get ideal therapeutic effect , and is worthy of promotion and widely clinical applications .
