三妙散加味配合注射用纤溶酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成156例

目的探讨三妙散加味联合注射用纤溶酶治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成临床应用效果。方法对照组给予单纯注射用纤溶酶治疗,研究组经注射用纤溶酶联合三妙散加味治疗,记录两组急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者临床疗效。结果两组急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者均顺利完成相应治疗,研究组临床治疗总有效率(91.67%)显著高于对照组(66.03%),数据对比差异显著(P0.05)。结论对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者给予注射用纤溶酶联合三妙散加味可获得更为理想的临床疗效,有利于降低患者致残率、致死率。

Modified Sanmiao Powder Combined with Injectable Fibrinolysin in the Treatment of Acute Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities for 156 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanmiao powder combined with Injectable Fibrinolysin in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods The patients in the control group were treated with Injectable Fibrinolysin.The study group was treated with Injectable Fibrinolysin and Sanmiao powder.The clinical effect of the two groups was recorded in the patients with acute deep vein thrombosis.Results The acute lower limb deep vein thrombosis patients were successfully completed with the corresponding treatment.The total effective rate (91.67%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.03%), and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Sanmiao powder combined with Injectable Fibrinolysin in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities obtained a more ideal clinical effect, and help reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients.
