柴胡疏肝散治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症30例

目的观察柴胡疏肝散治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症的临床效果。方法 60例随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,治疗组给予柴胡疏肝散加味口服,对照组给予氟西汀口服。结果总有效率观察组为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后HAMD和MBI评分均较治疗前显著改善,且柴胡疏肝散组两项评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症可缓解抑郁症状,促进日常生活活动能力提高。

Chaihu Shugan Powder in Treating Ischemic Post-stroke Depression 30 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder in treating ischemic post-stroke depression.Method 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The control group was given fluoxetine by oral administration, while the observation group was given Chaihu Shugan powder by oral administration.Result The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.33% and 73.33%, respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, HAMD and MBI scores of the two groups were improved obviously.Moreover, the improvement of both scores of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder could relieve the symptoms, and improve daily life activity.
