股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复前臂及足、膝关节大面积软组织缺损

目的探讨应用吻合血管的股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复前臂及足、膝关节大面积软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对本科2003～2007年收治的前臂、足部、膝关节等各类烧伤、创伤病例中的23例全部采用股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复。结果23例病人的不同创面均一期愈合，没有出现皮瓣坏死、瓣下感染等术后并发症，随访半年疗效满意。结论股前外侧穿支皮瓣是带股前外侧皮神经的感觉神经皮瓣，用来修复前臂及足、膝关节皮肤软组织缺损可获得较高的皮瓣成活率和良好的手术效果，值得临床应用推广。

Femoral fore lateral perforating branch skin flap in treating large area soft tissue coloboma of antebrachium,articulationes pedis and articular genu

Objective To investigate clinical therapeutic effect of femoral fore lateral perforating branch skin flap in treatment of large area soft tissue coloboma of ante brachium, articulations pedis and articular genu.Methods Twenty-three (23) cases of antebrachial, articulationes pedis, articular genu burn or trauma were treated by femoral fore lateral perforating branch skin flap from 2003 to 2007.Results The different damaged surfaces in 23 patients all reached primary healing and did not have postoperative complications such as flap necrosis, inferior infection and so on. The therapeutic result was satisfactory in half a year follow-up.Conclusion Femoral fore lateral perforating branch skin flap had higher survival rate and operational effective in treating soft tissue coloboma of antebrachium, articulationes pedis and articular genu, which deserves clinical application and generalization.
