| 摘 要： | 目的制备半边旗提取物5F祛瘢乳膏,并对其安全性进行评价。方法将5F瘢痕乳膏涂敷于实验动物的完整和破损皮肤上,24h后观察其局部刺激作用、过敏反应和急性皮肤毒性,并与正常对照组相比较。结果局部应用半边旗祛瘢乳膏后对大鼠皮肤无刺激性,及在大鼠完整皮肤和破损皮肤均未见毒性作用,并且对豚鼠也不起过敏反应。病理学检查未见明显改变。结论半边旗乳膏是一种安全的外用制剂。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare 5F Scar emulsion and evaluate the local toxicity on animal skin.Methods The complete and damage skin of the experimental animals were covered with 5F Scar emulsion for 24 hours.The local stimulating effect,allergy and acute toxicity of skin were observed,and compared with control groups.Results 5F Scar emulsion had no stimulating effect to skin of rats,and had no acute toxicity to the intact or damaged skin of rats.5F Scar emulsion had no allergic effects on the intact skin of guinea pigs.Pathological examination was normal in general.Conclusions 5F Scar emulsion is a safe preparation for external rise. |
