以患者和家庭为中心护理模式在儿科的实施现状

目的:调查某儿科医院实施"以患者和家庭为中心的护理"(Patient-and Family-Centered Care,PFCC)现状,比较患者家属、管理者和医护人员对PFCC现状评价的差异,确定迫切需要改进的方面。方法:运用描述比较性设计,以美国Dallas儿童医学中心设计的以患者家庭为中心儿科护理量表为研究工具,运用方便抽样,对80名患者家属、22名管理者及108名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果:该医院实施PFCC处于中间阶段;中美儿科医院在实施PFCC方面存在差异;患者家属对实施PFCC的评价高于医护人员和管理者;提供咨询服务是最迫切需要改进的方面;护士和患者家属是实施PFCC的重要促进因素。结论:把PFCC理念融入医院硬件建设较易实施,而真正把其核心概念落实到医疗护理的各个方面还需要一定的时间和持续的努力。

Perceived Level of patient and family-centered pediatric care implementation:a questionnaire survey

Objective：To describe the level of Patient and Family-Centered Pediatric Care （PFCC） practiced in one children’s hospital in China,and to compare the difference of PFCC subscales scores among the families, managers and medical staff.Methods：By convenience sampling,totally 80 families,22 managers and 108 medical staff were investigated using PFCC Questionnaire which was developed by Sally Carmen from Dallas Children’s Medical Center. Results：The overall mean score was 2.99,indicating intermediate level of PFCC practice;families tended to rate higher than the staff and leaders did;there was difference in PFCC practice between hospitals in China and US;providing consultation service was the most urgent to be improved;nursing staff and families were the important influential factors to improve PFCC. Conclusion：It is easy to implement PFCC in the hardware construction of the hospital, but it is difficult and should take time to implement the core concepts of PFCC in daily practice.
