| 摘 要： | 目的:观察丁苯酞对老年高血压患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的影响。方法:选择老年高血压患者60例,随机分为对照组及治疗组各30例,前者常规给予降血压药物及阿司匹林100 mg/d,后者在对照组基础上加丁苯酞20 mg,2次/日,随访6个月。在随访前后测量患者IMT及hsCRP。结果:治疗后治疗组IMT及hsCRP明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:丁苯酞能抑制IMT增长及炎性反应,可延缓动脉粥样硬化的进展。
