摘    要:目的:为提高解剖学教学质量,本文将研究"基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)"教学模式新方法在解剖学教学中的作用。方法:选取140名2012级高职护理学生,PBL教学法与单纯LBL教学法进行对比研究,课程结束后采用统一试卷进行考试以评价教学效果,并对学生进行问卷调查以评价学生的学习态度及学习动力。结果:PBL法试验组理论考试成绩显著优于LBL组,PBL组与LBL组考试成绩差异有显著性,而PBL试验组学生学习态度及学习动力明显好于LBL组。结论:PBL教学法在解剖学理论教学中优于单纯的LBL教学法,值得进一步研究和推广。

Abstract:Objective: To promote teaching qualities of anatomy, problem-based learning (PBL) were integrated, and effects of the new teaching method were evaluated.Methods:140 Grade 2012 High vocational nursing students were chosen and divided into two groups, namely, the PBL group, LBL group, each taught through the corresponding method. At the end of the course, an objective exam was taken, and the scores were used to assess the teaching quality. Besides, a questionnaire was employed to evaluate learning attitude and motivation of the students. Results: The PBL group over the other group significantly in the exam, while there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: It could thus be seen that the approach of combining PBL, and could achieve better qualities in anatomy teaching than LBL alone, and might be therefore worthy of further research and practical use.
