回纹型风湿症临床分析

目的 回纹型风湿症转归和预后。方法 对１５例诊断为回纹型风湿症病人的临床表现及实验室检查进行回顾性分析。结果 病人平均发病年龄为３９．２岁,病程为１．５～３０年,发作间期为半个月至４个月,８０％（１２／１５）的病人关节发作持续时间为数小时至３ｄ,多次发作期间,检查ＣＲＰ、血沉、血尿酸、血常规、尿常规结果均示正常。１５例回纹型风湿症病人关节受累表现不尽相同,８例病人关节炎作表现为同时多关节受累,其中

Clincial analysis to palindromic rheumatism

Objective Progression and prognosis of palindromic rheumatism. Methods Retrospective analysis to clinical manifestation and laboratory findings of 15 patients with palindromic rheumatism. Results Their mean incidence age were 39.2 years,disease course from 1.5 years to 30 years,episode interval 0.5 month to 4 months, 80% patients arthritis persisted several hours to 3 days,66. 6% patients with periarthrisis. During episodes, the results of ESR,CRP,sereum uric acid,urine routine,blood routine test for many times were all normal. Eight patients presented with polyarthritis at same time during episodes, of above, two patients progressived from RF negative to RF positive and episodes became more frequent. These 8 patients were very likely progressive to typical rheumatoid arthritis. Five patients presented with migratory acute arthritis, two of this five patients have positive ANA(1:40), this type of joint involvement may be early manifestation of other diffuse connective tissue disease. Two patients presented with recurrent knee or MTP involvement, we could not exclude from crystal(uricate,pyrophosphote calcium) induced arthritis. Conclusion Palindromic rheumatism does not only progress to typical rheumatoied arthritis.
