固尔苏治疗72例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨肺表面活性物质（PS）固尔苏（curosurf）对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的治疗效果。方法：将符合标准的72例患儿在给予相同综合治疗的基础上分为两组：观察组（固尔苏）及对照组（不用固尔苏）,比较两组NRDS临床有效率、死亡率、呼吸机通气参数、机械通气时间、血气变化和胸部X线。结果：观察组临床有效率100%,死亡率、呼吸机通气参数、机械通气时间和胸部X线严重性明显低于对照组,均有显著性改善（P〈0.05）;用药后,抽血气分析监测pH、PaO2,及PaCO2,其较用药前均显著性改善（P〈0.05）。结论：固尔苏能够显著提高NRDS疗效,使用安全。

The therapeutic effect of curosurf on respiratory distress syndrome of neonates

Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of curosurf for respiratory distress syndromeof neonates （NRDS）.nethods： Seventy two neonates with NRDS were divided into two groups. Thirty six received curosurf and thirty six didn＇t received curosurf. All of the other supportive treatments were same in the both groups.The clinical effective rate, the death rate, the duration of mechanical ventilation, the pH,PaO2,PaCO2 of neonates after treatment and the severity of chest X-ray of neonates in the two groups were compared.Results：In the therapeutic group, the clinical effective rate and the death rate duration of mechanical ventilation were lower significantly than those in the control group.The pH,PaO2,PaCO2 of neonates in the treatment group were improved significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）.The severity of NRDS on chest X-ray in therapeutic group was milder than that in control group.There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment with curosurf for neonates can improve therapeutic effect of NRDS.h is safe to use Curosurf for neonates.
