| 摘 要： | 目的疼痛穴位敷贴对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)的影响。方法将60例CVA患者随机分为穴位敷贴组和对照组,比较2组中医证候积分及咳嗽症状积分、Fe NO水平。结果穴位敷贴组总有效率93. 30%,显著高于对照组66. 70%(P <0. 05)。2组患者治疗后Fe NO水平均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05),且穴位敷贴组治疗后Fe NO水平较对照组显著降低(P <0. 05)。2组患者治疗后咳嗽症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05),且治疗后穴位敷贴组咳嗽症状积分较对照组下降更为显著(P <0. 05)。所有患者无明显不良反应。结论穴位敷贴治疗CVA疗效显著。
