| 五氟利多治疗精神分裂症的近期和远期疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 用五氟利多治疗91例精神分裂症,近期有效率71.42％,显效率36.26％。显效率随病程增长而降低。合并用药可提高有效率,副作用未见增加。20例精神分裂症的5～8年远期有效率100％。提示五氟利多对急性、尤其慢性精神分裂症,近期、远期疗效肯定,副作用轻、安全性大。对用药剂量、注意事项、维持及巩固治疗等,提出了建议。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of penfluridol on 91 schizophrenic patients was studied. The results showed that the short term efficiency rate and obvious efficiency rate were 71.42% and 36.26%, respectively. The latter rate was lowered with the course of the disease. Penfluridol combined with other medicines could increase the efficiency rate, but the side effects did not change obviously. Another finding was that the long term(5-8 years) efficiency rate in 20 of the patients was 100%. It was suggested that penfluridol had good effect on the schizophrenics, especially on the chronic patients and had less side effects. The therapeutic dose, points for attention and mataining treatment about penfluridol were discussed. |
