乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效分析

目的：分析研究乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将61例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组25例，对照组患者给予奥曲肽治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予乌司他丁治疗，观察两组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组总有效率（P〈0.05）。结论乌司他丁联合奥曲肽治疗重症急性胰腺炎能有效提高临床疗效。

Clinical efficacy of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods The control group were treated with octreotide treatment, observation group were given ulinastatin treatment on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher total efficiency （P＆lt;0.05）;pain relief observation group. time, abdominal tenderness disappeared time, recovery time of serum amylase, urine amylase recovery time was significantly better than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with octreotide can effectively treat severe acute pancreatitis and improve the clinical efficacy.
