摘    要:
锂盐是一种抗精神病的药物,常用于情感性精神疾患的治疗和预防,但其作用机制仍未阐明。已知,中枢性多巴胺能神经元是抗精神药物以及一些中枢激动剂的作用点。我们应用萤光分光光度法测定了大鼠腹腔内注射锂盐1、3和5天后不同脑区内多巴胺的含量。实验结果表明注射锂盐24小时后,大鼠脑和脊髓内多巴胺含量是降低的;注射锂盐3天和5天后,相应出现多巴胺含量的轻度升高和显著升高。这就说明在锂盐作用下,动物中枢性多巴胺能神经元发生了一系列代谢性变化。有关锂盐对脑内多巴胺代谢的影响尚无一致意见。我们根据实验结果作了初步的探讨

Abstract:
Lithium (Li) salt is a kind of antipsychotic drug commonly used in the treatment and prevention of mental disorders, but its mechanism of action is still not well understood. Knowing that central dopaminergic neurons are usually the site of action of antipsychotic drugs and some central stimulents, we determined flourospe-ctropnotometrically the dopamine level of discrete brain regions of rat after Li was given intraperitonially 24 hr, 3 days and 5 days later to observe the effect of acute and chronic application of Li on brain dopamine level.The result showed that dopamine level of different brain region and spinal cord were lowered after 24 hr of Li injection, but it increased moderately 3 days later and dramatically 5 days later. It showed that central dopamine of the animal undergoes a series of metabolic change during Li application.
