标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤疗效分析

目的分析标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法对80例采用标准外伤大骨瓣减压术治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者进行病历回顾及随访分析。结果本组病例随访3一12个月，按GOS分级，1分23例，2分14例，3分3例，4分7例，5分33例。结论标准外伤大骨瓣减压术是治疗重型颅脑损伤较好的办法，可以降低死亡率．提高生活质量，但远期效果不理想。

Effect of decompressive craniotomy in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To analyse clinical effects of standard large trauma craniotomy in the treatment of severe trau- matic brain injury. Methods Made chart review and follow-up analysis of 80 patients with standard large trauma craniotomy for the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Results The group of medical records were followed up for 3~12 months, graded according to the GOS, 1 point in 23 cases, 2 points in 14 cases, 3 points in 3 cases, 4 points in 7. cases and 5 points in 33 cases. Conclusion Standard large trauma craniotomy is a better approach to treat severe traumatic brain injury which can reduce mortality and improve quality of life, but long-term effect is not ideal.
