子痫前期孕妇血清中Ang-2和MMP-2表达水平的变化及意义

目的探讨子痫前期孕妇血清中血管生成素-2（Ang-2）和基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）的水平变化、相关性及与病情程度的关系。寻找子痫前期发病的预测标志物，探索有效的预防和治疗措施。方法选取20例轻度子痫前期、21例重度子痫前期孕妇作为研究组，20例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测各组孕妇血清Ang-2和MMP-2的水平变化。结果研究组血清Ang-2和MMP-2的水平均明显低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．01），并随子痫前期病情程度的加重，Ang-2和MMP-2的水平更低（P均〈0．01）；相关性分析表明，Ang-2和MMP-2呈显著正相关（r=0．761，P=-0．002）。结论子痫前期孕妇血清Ang-2和MMP-2水平与子痫前期病情程度密切相关，临床上血清Ang-2和MMP-2的检测可能预测子痫前期的发生和发展。

Change and significance of serum Ang-2 and MMP-2 in preeclampsia pregnant women

Objective To investigate the serum levels of Angiopoietin-2（Ang-2） and matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP- 2）in preeclampsia pregnant women, and study the correlation between the levels and the degree of preeclampsia. To find the ef- fective prevention and treatment of preeclampsia. Methods 61 patients were selected to divided into three groups： patients with mild preeclampsia group （20 cases） and patients with severe preeclampsia group （21 cases） were chosen as investigating groups, 20 healthy pregnant women were chosen as control group. Change of serum levels of Ang-2 and MMP-2 were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay （ELISA）. Results The serum levels of Ang-2 and MMP-2 were significantly different be- tween investigating group and control group （P〈0.01 ,respectively）. With the increasing degree of preeclampsia, the serum levels of Ang-2 and MMP-2 were more decreasing （P〈0.01, respectively）. Correlation analysis shown that serum levels of Ang-2 was obviously positive correlated with the serum levels of MMP-2 （r=0.761, P=0.002）. Conclusion Serum levels of Ang-2 and MMP-2 were obviously correlated with the degree of preeclampsia pregnant women. Detecting the serum levels of Ang-2 and MMP-2 in preeclampsia pregnant women can potentially be used as predictive mark for preeclampsia.
