出血性脑梗死28例临床及CT特征分析

目的: 总结28例出血性脑梗死患者的临床与CT特征。方法: 分析28例出血性脑梗死患者临床、CT资料及治疗、转归情况。结果: 脑梗死出血转化时病情加重或无好转者22例,病后4 d内发现脑梗死出血转化者21例,入院首诊时发现梗死后出血转化9例,住院以后复诊发现19例,对脑梗死出血转化后采取特殊处理措施17例,未采取特殊处理措施11例,经处理转归较好17例,预后不佳11例。结论: 脑梗死后出血的临床表现不一,无明显特征性,脑梗死后出血转化,一经脑CT等发现、确诊,即立即停用抗血小板、活血化瘀、抗凝等药物,治疗应根据当时病情状态及个体化的原则。
