吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期软组织肉瘤29例临床观察

目的: 观察吉西他滨(GEM)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期软组织肉瘤的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法: 选取29例软组织肉瘤患者,化疗方案采用GEM 1 000 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1和第8天;DDP 30 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1~3天。观察其疗效及毒副作用。结果: 完全缓解1例,部分缓解14例,无变化7例,进展者7例,总有效率75.86%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应,无明显的肝肾功能损害。结论: GEM联合DDP化疗方案治疗晚期软组织肉瘤有较好的疗效,且耐受性较好。

Clinical observation of 29 cases on the effect of gemcitabine and cisplatin for treatment of advanced soft tissue sarcoma
