心包囊肿的影像学诊断和临床治疗

目的总结心包囊肿的影像学特点、临床治疗方法和效果。方法回顾性分析我院1990年3月至2009年4月经手术与病理证实的23例心包囊肿的临床资料。23例均行胸部X线检查，16例行超声心动图检查．19例行CT检查。23例均行手术切除治疗，术后随访。结果心包囊肿可位于胸腔不同部位，以右心膈角区多见．多呈圆形或椭圆形，密度均匀。超声心动图可见有包膜的含液囊性肿物。囊肿的CT值为0～18Hu。手术切除效果良好，并发症少．平均随诊6个月。20年，平均（6．37±2．84）年，无复发。结论心包囊肿具有典型的影像学特征．综合应用各种影像学方法，结合临床可做出正确诊断。手术切除是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Imaging diagnosis and treatment of the pericardial cyst

Objective To review the imaging features and analyze the curative methods and effect of pericardial cysts. Methods Twenty-three cases with pericardial cyst confirmed by operation and pathology were reported.
