银杏叶中有效成分提取最优化生产工艺研究

摘    要:本研究基于国内外已有的对银杏叶的提取方法,结合树脂吸附生产工艺的优点,运用乙醇-树脂吸附法,提取银杏叶萜类内酯及其黄酮,研究结果显示乙醇-树脂吸附法运用于银杏叶有成本低、回收率高、有机溶剂残留少等优点。

Abstract:By considering of the merits of the established extraction processes of Ginkgo biloba, these methods were combined with resin adsorption techinique in the present work. A technique based on ethanol-resin adsorption method was extablished to extract Ginkgolides, terpene lactones and flavornoids. It was demonstrated that this extraction process posses merits of low cost , high recovery, and low retained level of organic solvent.
