| 摘 要： | 目的:构建医疗机构调剂审方思维。方法:结合门诊药房调剂工作实例,概括药师构建药品通用名、药品规格和用量、治疗方案、药品不良反应、药物组成等方面的审方思维。结果与结论:药师构建审方思维对确保临床安全、合理用药非常必要,有益于在医院药学工作转型和药师观念与职能转变方面发挥作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To develop formula examination thinking in the dispensing of medical institutions.METHODS:Based on the practical dispensing in dispensary for outpatients,we summarized the formula examination thinking,which embraced the establishing of general name of drugs,drug specifications,dosage,treatment plan,adverse drug reactions,medicine compositions etc.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:To ensure medication safety and rational drug use,it is essential for pharmacists to establish formula examination thinking,which is helpful for the reform of hospital pharmacy work and transformation of pharmacists' idea and functional authority. |
