冠心病患者植入Firebird2钴铬合金药物洗脱支架的疗效观察

目的探讨冠心病患者植入Firebird2钴铬合金药物洗脱支架疗效。方法选择2009年2月至2012年1月本院收治的冠心病并行Firebird2TM介入支架治疗的患者共80例作为研究对象,观察其介入治疗效果以及心功能的变化。结果 80例患者,92处血管病变,共使用Firebird2TM钴铬合金药物支架系102枚,植入成功101枚,成功率为99.0%;治疗后LVEF、E/A、CO、SV等心功能指标均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)随访中MAGE的不良发生率为2.5%;治疗后SAQ各维度PL、AD、AF、TS、DP等明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论 Firebird2钴铬合金药物洗脱支架介入治疗可以明显改善冠心病患者的心功能,安全性好,近期疗效确切。

The Efficacy of Coronary Heart Disease in Patients with Implanted Firebird2 Cobalt Chromium Alloy Drug Eluting Stent

Objective To investigate the efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease implanted Firebird2 cobalt chromium alloy drug eluting stent. Methods The patients of coronary 80 cases heart disease with Firebird2TM interventional stent treatment in our hospital from February 2009 to January 2012 were studied, to observed the intervention effects and cardiac function changes. Results There are 80 patients with 92 vascular lesions, 102 Firebird2TM cobalt chromium alloy stent system were implanted, and 101 succeeded, the success rate was 99.0%; LVEF, E /A, CO,, the SV and other indexes of heart function of after treatment were significantly better than before treatment （P 〈0.05） follow-up of MAGE adverse incidence rate was 2.5%., SAQ each dimension PL, AD, AF, the TS, DP of after treatment is better than before treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Firebird2 cobalt-chromium alloy drug-eluting stent therapy can significantly improve the heart function of patients with coronary artery disease with good security and outstanding recent efficacy.
