浅析非甾体类抗炎药所致上消化道出血的胃镜特点

目的分析和总结非甾体类抗炎药所引起的上消化道出血病患者胃镜下病变的特点。方法对72例上消化道出血的病患根据病患发病前10天内是否使用非甾体类抗炎药分为观察组和对照组,分析两组胃镜检查的病变区域和性质的变化。结果两组间病变部位的发生率差异没有统计学意义;病变性质有统计学意义。结论使用的非甾体类抗炎药后所引起的消化道出血以胃糜烂为常见的病变特点。

Analysis of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug induced Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Characteristics of Gastroscopy

Objective To analyze and summarize the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug-induced upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in patients with gastroscopy, the characteristics of the lesions. Methods 72 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients according to whether the 10 days before the onset of the patients divided into two groups and the control group using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, analysis of the diseased area and changes in the nature of the two sets of gastroscopy. Results The incidence of lesions between the two groups was not statistically significant; lesions was statistically significant. Conclusion Gastrointestinal bleeding gastric erosions caused by the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for common pathological features.
