| 摘 要： | 目的观察苦蝶子联合倍他司汀治疗椎-基底动脉系短暂性脑缺血发作的效果。方法80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组应用苦蝶子加用倍他司汀治疗,对照组应用刺五加治疗。结果两组疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论苦蝶子联合倍他司汀治疗椎-基底动脉系短暂性脑缺血发作效果好,不良反应轻,值得推广。
