中西医结合治疗肾病综合征高凝及高脂状态疗效观察

目的:观察采用中西医结合的方法治疗肾病综合征高凝及高脂状态的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将46例原发性肾病综合征伴有高凝及高脂状态患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组23例,均接受常规治疗,对照组加用低分子肝素钙、辛伐他汀进行抗凝、降脂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服复方血栓通胶囊,均连续治疗4周。观察2组患者的血脂水平、凝血功能及临床疗效。结果:经治疗,总有效率对照组为60.87%,治疗组为86.96%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。2组血脂水平和凝血功能均较治疗前改善(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肾病综合征高凝及高脂状态疗效确切、安全,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine for Nephrotic Syn- drome at Hyperlipidemia and Hypercoagulation State

Objective.. To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated Chinese and western medicine for nephrotic syndrome at hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulation state. Methods. Forty-six patients with primary nephrotic syndrome at hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulation state were equally randomized into treatment group and control group. Both group received conventional treatment. Additionally, the control groups were treated with low molecular weight heparin, simvastatin for anticoagulation, and lipid-lowering therapy, and the treatment group was given compound Xueshuantong capsules on the basis of treatment for the control group. The treatment lasted 4 consecutive weeks. After treatment, the lipid levels, coagulation function and clinical efficacy were observed in the two groups. Results. The total effective rate was 60.87% in the control group, and was 86. 96% in the treatment group, the difference being statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. In both groups, blood lipid levels and coagulation function were improved after treatment（P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）, and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Integrated Chinese and western medicine is effective and safe for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome at hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulation state.
