| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对宫颈癌放射治疗的影响。方法:将68例宫颈癌患者随机分为实验组(32例)和对照组(28例),两组均同时进行放疗健康教育指导,并同时进行体外 腔内放射治疗。治疗期间实验组进行护理干预,对照组为常规护理。结果:实验组放疗反应明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。后期随访,实验组自我护理能力与生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对宫颈癌行放射治疗患者进行护理干预,能明显减轻放疗反应,提高自我护理能力和生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on radiotherapy for patients with cervical cancer.Methods: Sixty eight patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into experiment group(n=32) and control group(n=28),health education and instruction on radiotherapy was carried out in the 2 groups while external plus intracavitary radiotherapy was given to the patients.In radiotherapy,additional nursing intervention was adopted in the experiment group and routine nursing care was taken in the control group.Results: The radioreaction was less in the experiment group than that in the control group, and there was significant difference in the comparison between the 2 groups(P<0.01).The self-care ability was greater and quality of life was higher in the experiment group than that in the control group according to the follow-up.Conclusion: Nursing intervention in radiotherapy is very effective to relieve radioreaction,enhance the self-care ability and improve quality of life. |
