| 摘 要： | 颈清扫术问世100年以来，已经治愈了无数颈淋巴转移癌患者。外科根治概念几经转变，从广泛整块切除到分区切除受侵淋巴结，强调生存率和生存质量并重。本文对颈清扫术的历史演变进行了回顾，并指出了今后改进发展的方向。

| Abstract: | A hundred year development of radical neck dissection has brought a majority of patients through neck metastases. The paradigm of neck dissection has shifted from wide field en bloc resection to custom-made manoeuvre. Both the survival rate and the quality of life were maintained at a reasonable level. The history and evolution of neck dissection were reviewed in this article, and the trends of further modification and progress were addressed. |
