粘结瓷对钛/瓷结合强度的影响

摘    要:
目的:研究粘结瓷对钛/瓷结合强度的影响。方法:根据ISO9693标准,运用三点弯曲方法对Super Porcelain TI-22钛瓷系统的粘结瓷组和无粘结瓷组的钛/瓷结合强度进行测试,并对钛/瓷结合界面进行SEM/EDS观察与分析。结果:粘结瓷组的钛/瓷结合强度(39.41±0.86MPa)明显大于无粘结瓷组的钛/瓷的结合强度(24.27±2.99MPa)(P〈0.01)。粘结瓷组断裂发生在钛/瓷反应层,断裂模式为沿晶与穿晶的混合形态,晶粒中有层状亚结构组成。无粘结瓷组断口平直,有大量锡球析出,钛/瓷界面有大量的孔隙存在。结论:粘结瓷可有效地增加了钛/瓷的结合强度。

Abstract:
Objective:An investigation was performed to evaluate the Influence of the titanium bonding agent on the bond strength of Super Porcelain TI-22 to the cast titanium.Method:Using a three-point bending test according to ISO 9693and SEM with energy-dispersive spectrometry analysis to evaluate the bond strength of Super Porcelain TI-22 with and without bonding agent to cast titanium.Result:the bond strength of titanium/Super Porcelain TI22 with bonding agent(39.41±0.86 MPa) was higer significantly than that of titanium/Super Porcelain TI22 without bonding agent(24.27±2.99 MPa)(P 0.01)。The fracture mode of titanium/Super Porcelain TI22 with bonding agent was the intergranular and transgranular mixed form.While the interface of titanium/Super Porcelain TI22 without bonding agent have a plenty of pores and tin balls.Conclusion:The use of the bonding agent can improve the bond strength of titanium/porcelain.
