康复护理对脑梗死患者肢体功能及神经功能的影响

目的探讨康复护理干预对脑梗死患者的肢体功能、神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法将2010年1月至20I1年6月本院收治的80例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采用常规基础护理措施，观察组采用康复护理干预措施。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、神经功能缺损症状评分、日常生活能力以及生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的神经功能缺损症状评分（NIHSS评分）明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗后的日常生活能力评分（BI评分）和生活质量评分（SIS评分）明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论康复护理干预能减轻患者神经功能损伤，提高日常生活能力和生活质量。

The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on limb dysfunction and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on neurological function, motor function and activities of daily living of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction admitted to hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups： control group （n = 40） and observation group （n = 40） . The control group was given regular basic nursing, and the observer group was also given rehabilitation nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, the scores of NIH stroke scale, Barthel, and stroke impact scale in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the score of NIHSS in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ; the scores of BI and SIS in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The rehabilitation nursing intervention can reduce the damage of nerve function and improve the daily living activities and the quality of life.
